Shipping is usually FREE unless otherwise indicated.  Insurance is optional.  If you choose insurance during the checkout process, the amount of insurance will be automatically calculated for you, using the current USPS insurance tables.

Coins will be shipped with a delivery confirmation, 1st Class or Priority Mail, whichever is most appropriate for the item.  Coins will not be shipped COD.  Purchases totaling over $1,500.00 will be shipped Registered Mail.  Your purchase will be shipped within one business day of your cleared payment.

Acceptable methods of payment are:  Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  Postal Money Orders, Bank/Cashier Checks, and Personal Checks are also accepted.  Payment by Postal Money Order will usually allow for shipment within one business day of receipt of your payment.  All Bank/Cashier Checks and Personal Checks will be held for ten (10) business days before shipping.  PayPal is also accepted.

Important Note:  Some coins will have "Special Payment Instructions" indicated in the description.  This means that only a payment via direct bank transfer will be accepted for this piece and requires you to contact me before completing the checkout process.  Any form of payment received for a coin that has "Special Payment Instructions" indicated, that has not been previously approved, will be returned.

MASSACHUSETTS STATE LAW REGARDING SALES TAX

Single Item or Multiple Item Purchases Totalling UNDER $1,000. per Invoice:

Massachusetts residents must be charged six and one quarter (6.25%) sales tax to only the purchase price.  This will be calculated automatically upon final checkout.

Single Item or Multiple Item Purchases Totalling OVER $1,000. per Invoice:

There is no sales tax required.

I offer a seven (7) day "No Questions Asked" return policy.  You will have seven (7) days from receipt to examine and decide to keep your purchase. If you decide to return it, you must send an email to let me know your intentions and to receive a return code number. Go to the "Contact Us" section on the right side of the home page, for contact information or email your intention to return your purchase to returns@collvestcoins.com. The return must be postmarked and shipped the same way it was shipped to you, including appropriate protective packaging, within one business day of your notification of your decision.  Since you were not charged shipping costs to receive the package, you will be responsible for any costs to return the package.

Do not remove the coin from it's holder or tamper with it in any way.  It will be shipped to you so that you will be able to examine it fully without removing it from it's holder.  Any evidence of tampering will void the return policy/privilege.

Once the return has been satisfactorilly examined, I will contact you regarding your refund.  All refunds will be made via the same way funds were received for the purchase.  Ex: if you paid by Money Order, Bank/Cashier Check or Personal Check, you will receive a CollVest Coins company check for the refund.  If you paid by credit card, your account will be issued a credit.
